In 2009, we became the first coworking space in Hungary and one of the first in Austria, helping launch the coworking movement in the region. Today, thanks to innovative ideas and our diverse community, Loffice is home to creative entrepreneurs, cultural initiatives, and freelancers of all kinds.

Today, Loffice operates in 2 countries and 4 locations, offering flexible office solutions, stylish spaces, and a supportive environment to help you thrive in every way. As a boutique office provider in Budapest and Vienna, we focus on providing top-notch, tailor-made service while staying proactive to the world and the needs around us.

Sisters Act

When there was no Hungarian or German word for coworking, the two sisters Kata and Panni decided to leave their previous careers behind and unite over a shared passion for the sharing economy. A friend once described them as ‘Panni is the score, Kata is the melody, and you can only hear the music when they play together,’ and it couldn’t be more accurate.

The co-what?

The concept of coworking kicked off in the USA in 2005 with the aim to provide a common work space for freelancers & neo-nomads. A space where the office infrastructure is provided but shared with other individuals. Today being location-independent is not just a dreamy lifestyle anymore but became a common work style for most people, while sharing economy businesses became an integral part of our everyday lives.

The future of work

About our spaces

Our first locations were launched in former industrial buildings. One of our well-known startup spaces was in the former printing shop of the Hungarian Music Academy, while a former plastic factory was transformed into an award-winning office. In Vienna, an old shoe factory found new life as our base. Our brand name reflects the distinctive loft style of our spaces combined with the main service we offer.

Our favourite projects

Business Jump

We help startups and entrepreneurs expand their businesses to Austria. Once a year, we host a speed-dating and mentoring day to answer practical questions and offer business plan tips. With experts in finance, law, and investment, we’ve helped numerous businesses cross borders over the years.

Bring the Art Home

Our art mentoring program has been supporting young artists for the past 4 years. With exhibitions, roundtable discussions, and various events, we’ve provided a platform for them to showcase their art to new audiences, enter new target markets, and inspire cultural values.
