What does Domicile Service mean?
When you start a business, you need a registered business address. In order to use this address legally, the property must either be owned by you, or you must provide proof of the lease agreement. Loffice offers a professional and attractive business address in one of the coolest districts of Vienna, which you can even use on your official documents and business cards.
What is a virtual office?
With a virtual office, you can extend your business address with additional digital office services. How can I use the domicile service at Loffice with my company that is based outside of Austria?
If you want to operate your company in Austria, you have the following options:
- You (or your company) can establish an Austrian affiliated company whose seat and registered address will be provided by Loffice.
- You can establish an Austrian branch office of your company as well without the need for an Austrian affiliated company. However, please note that an Austrian branch office can be registered with the competent court of registration only if the branch office already has an organizational and physical entity. The seat and registered office address of your Austrian branch will be provided by the Loffice.
- Finally, you can also just use Loffice’s address for the Austrian operation of your non-Austrian company. However, please note that in case of a permanent or regular for-profit activity in Austria, your company will require at a minimum a branch office and related trade permits.

How long is my domicile agreement and what is the cancellation policy?
The seat host service contract is concluded for a minimum of 1 year. You must inform us of your intent to terminate the contract at least 3 months before the one-year period expires. Otherwise the contract will be automatically extended for another 1 year period. You can find more information in the GTCs.
Why is a deposit required?
The deposit is used to cover any outstanding costs after the contract ends. If there are any unpaid fees at the end of the contract, we can simply deduct them from the deposit.
My business address is already registered, but I need additional services – what now?
No problem! You can book all the virtual services you need with us to manage your business efficiently – regardless of your registered business address.
