This bright and breezy multifunctional event space with direct terrace access can be transformed into anything you want - from conferences to parties it can host up to 80 ppl. Full AV support, flexible setups and design furniture are included.

Schweiz Meeting Room

50 EUR / hour (+VAT)

Our Schweiz room with a unique table offers a comfortable place for business meetings up to 10 people. Comes with full office equipment and furniture, access to the terrace, reception and event support.

Karo Meeting Room

40 EUR / hour (+VAT)

Quick one-to-one sessions or endless remote meetings, Karo is the right choice. For smaller groups up to 8 people when you need a place for something private in a colorful surrounding. You'll wish you could take home with you 'that chair from Karo'.

The Loft

The aesthetically designed Loffice Loft is a real highlight at Schottenfeldgasse 85, in the middle of Vienna’s creative district.

A former shoe factory has been transformed into a modern design space, merging urban lifestyle with character and art. Individual workstations, separate offices, meeting and event rooms alternate on 2 floors. Modern & iconic design furniture meets upcycled materials.

Paintings and photos by emerging artists and creative installations provide colour and variety, enfusing the space with life and inspiration.


Is there air-conditioning in the Event Space?

Yes, there is! We have an air conditioning system which provides constant fresh and cool air.

Is your venue barrier-free?

Yes it is! We have an elevator in the building so you can access the 2 floors from the parking garage. For our blind and visually impaired guests we recommend having someone escort you and ask for our help at the reception.

Can I access the terrace if I book the big event hall?

Sure, you & your guests can use the big terrace for a little chat or as a break out spot during coffee breaks.

Do you offer catering?

We don’t have our own catering service but we have awesome long-standing partners we work with. Based on your catering requirements we suggest the best suited partner. You can also work with your own catering partner for an extra charge (20% of the rental fee). This price also includes a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and tableware, which we can provide up to 20 people (extra tableware available for an additional fee ). BTW the Loft has a “hinterland”, to ensure seamless food preparation in the background while your event runs smoothly.he community kitchen is also available for you.

What are your booking conditions & cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking anytime without penalty up until 2 weeks before your event starts, & your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to another booking. In case of a cancellation within 14 days of the event, 50% of the rental fee will be payable..Unfortunately, cancellation within 7 days of your event is very late notice for us;, Consequently, we will charge 100% of the rental fee for cancellations made within 7 days of your event. Can I come earlier to prepare for the event?

Sure! We don’t charge for the 30 minutes you need for preparation (nor for the wrap-up afterwards) so feel free to arrive earlier, do the final check before your event starts & have a coffee with us.

Where can I park if I come to an event?

If you are planning to arrive by car to attend an event, street parking and nearby parking facilities are available e.g., Apcoa underground garage at Burggasse 85 (3 min walk). Otherwise… come by bike! We have bike storage available.

How do I get to you by public transport?

underground: U6 (Thaliastrasse oder Burggasse) & U3 (Zieglergasse) / tram: 5 or 33 / bus: 48a
