Is there air-conditioning in the Event Space?

Yes, our event room is equipped with an air conditioning system that provides cool, comfortable air when needed.
Is your venue barrier-free?

Yes, our building is fully accessible. You can easily reach both floors via the elevator in the garage. We kindly ask guests with visual impairments to contact our team for assistance.
Is the terrace accessible?

Yes, the terrace is also available to you! When you book our event space or meeting room, you can enjoy a coffee or tea there while relaxing and taking in the fresh air.
Do you offer catering?

We work with reliable and established catering partners. Depending on your needs, we’ll find the right provider for your event and ensure that all details are discussed directly with the catering service.
Can you provide information on your booking conditions and cancellation policy?

You can easily cancel or reschedule your booking up to 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations within the last 14 days will incur a charge of 50% of the rental price. If you cancel within the last 7 days before the event, we will have to charge the full rental price. For more details, please refer to our GTCs!
Is it possible to come earlier to prepare for the event?

Of course! You can plan for 30 minutes before and after the event to prepare – this time is not added to the rental price. Take the opportunity to check the setup or enjoy a coffee with us.
Where can I park if I attend an event?

If you’re coming by car, public parking spaces are available, and we recommend nearby parking garages, such as Apcoa at Burggasse 85 (just a 3-minute walk from us). Alternatively, feel free to come by bike – we have a secure bike storage area!
How can I get to you by public transport?

You can easily reach us by subway (U6 Thaliastrasse or Burggasse, U3 Zieglergasse), tram (lines 5 or 46), or bus (48A).
