What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash.
Is it okay if I bring my own laptop?
Yes, you can bring your laptop anytime. However, if you want to set up a desktop computer and leave it on-site, you’ll need a LoFix package, which includes a dedicated workstation. With the LoFlex package, you can work flexibly at different hot desks, but you’ll need to take your computer with you at the end of the day.
Can I use the meeting room with my coworking package?
Of course! You even enjoy a 10% discount on every booking.
How does printing work?
We aim to use as little paper as possible, so including free printing in our coworking packages isn’t really our thing. However, printers are available for occasional use at a cost of €0.15 per black-and-white page and €0.65 per color page. Since the printer is not for self-service, our team will take care of the printing for you. Just let us know if you need anything!
What are the basic policies in the space?
Of course, there are some basic rules at Loffice: Be kind, keep your desk and the kitchen clean, and don’t hesitate to ask questions! You can find more details in our house rules.
Am I allowed to have visitors in the coworking space?
Visitors are always welcome in the coworking space! Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for your visit.

How can I access the building if I have a 24/7 package?
Once you have paid the deposit, you will receive your own key, granting you access to the building, coworking space, and common areas at any time. If you lose your key, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement key, but a fee will be charged for the effort.
