1. What do you do for living?

I help companies with AI, data and product strategy. I’m currently working with Lingio, a startup in Stockholm that enables AI-powered creation of custom training courses.

2. How can you describe a good day at work?

A good day at work is a day with a good vibe, making good progress on work while having good fun.

3. Why did you choose Loffice & how do you like our space?

I live just around the corner and on my walks with little Märta, the dog, I’ve seen the big windows to the big Loffice meeting room and thought it looked like a nice space. With a little seven month baby at home, it’s great to pop over to Loffice to get some focused work done. It’s a pleasant office and both Märta and I enjoy the atmosphere.

1. What do you do for living? As a self-employed contractor, I offer services to television channels, radio stations, and audio production companies, assisting them in producing, editing, and distributing their content to external partners.

2. How can you describe a good day at work? If technology is on my side and I manage to deliver content in time for broadcast, it makes me happy. Equally, if technology happens to fail, finding alternate solutions to complete the job gives me a lot of satisfaction. It’s been a few years since I last produced a radio show, but every day in a live studio environment is a good one. Hopefully, I can do that here in Austria if I meet the right people.

3. Why did you choose Loffice & how do you like our space? The flexibility that Loffice provides is unmatched in Vienna, and the excellent value for money made the decision to work from this space very straightforward. The location allows me to take short walks during screen breaks and discover parts of the neighborhood I haven’t seen before. The office is quiet but not too quiet, and people are respectful of one another. Crucially the staff are really friendly and always available if you need assistance with anything.

1. What do you do for living? I am a trained hotel specialist & been teaching baking courses since 2012 under my brand @mytoertchen. Since 2017 it’s became my full-time profession, I do courses every month in Vienna, Munich, or at Lake Starnberg. Additionally, I also offer private courses by appointment. My hobby turned into my profession & it’s thrilling to share my accumulated cake knowledge with enthusiastic hobby cake bakers almost every weekend.

2. How can you describe a good day at work? Very much! I first attended Loffice in November 2021 & I’m very satisfied ever since. The space is very large, nicely furnished, and has huge windows. For my baking courses, it’s also important to have a kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. so besides it’s given here, the location on Schottenfeldgasse in the 7th district is also very handy.

3. How did you like our space? A good workday for a course is when there are nice participants, everyone has fun, and at the end, each person goes home with a great homemade cake. Actually, every course day is a good workday. :)

1. What do you do for living? I am currently in the process of starting my own business as a business coach and consultant and am in the midst of the preparations.

2. How can you describe a good day at work? For me, a good work day is varied. There are phases when I can work very focused but in between I can also chat with others and exchange ideas. At the end of a good work day I can say: I’ve made progress.

3. How did you like our space? Loffice is great for me because as a solo entrepreneur, I appreciate the change of scenery and also like to exchange ideas with other like-minded people. It is not as big as other coworking spaces, so I can work quietly without a lot of noise. There is a small kitchen for free use by everyone. I also appreciate the good infrastructure of the 7th district and the possibility to book hourly packages.

1. What do you do for a living? I’m currently taking a break from work and writing my master’s thesis.

2. How can you discribe a good day at work? A good working day starts with a hot drink and a walk without rain.

3. How did you like our space? I like being in the Loffice premises because it is very quiet and I can take my dog with me. In the breaks from work I like to use the kitchen and the balcony, in summer the air conditioning is a big bonus. The other coworkers are very nice and my dog is happy about the pats of the others.

1. What do you do for a living? We are an IT startup from Vienna. Checkyn expands places with digital communities - a local social network to connect people who love the same places and want to do activities together.

2. How can you describe a good day at work? The perfect working day is characterized by a good working atmosphere, which increases everyone’s motivation, happiness and performance. Together with friendly colleagues / co-workers, the exchange with other startups / freelancers is promoted in a shared office, which in turn improves the working atmosphere.

3. How did you like our space? Good facilities and a central location make the office an ideal workplace for young companies and freelancers.

1. What do you do for living? I am self-employed with a digital agency (“appealingly digital”) and support new founders in working through their basic to-dos shortly after the start. From creating the document templates and business cards to setting up the social media presence.

2. How can you describe a good day at work? A good day at work begins with a large cup of tea, followed by a structured to-do list that I work through. I prefer to work on creative projects in the mornings. At noon I relax briefly with a good meal in the garden/on the balcony and in the afternoon I appreciate instructive coaching sessions with my founders. I end a good working day by reflecting on what went well and my plans for the following day.

3. How did you like our space? I like that I can book my desks super flexibly. I’m not in Vienna on the same day every week, so I really appreciate being as independent as possible. At the same time, the location is super central, not far from Mariahilfer Strasse and shopping for lunch. The interior looks very fancy and creative, so the ideas are just bubbling up. The office staff and the opportunity to ask questions also make you feel that you are in good hands organizationally.

1. What do you do for living? I have been working as a trainee at Oppenheim law firm and I have recently finished my studies at law school. My dream is to become a lawyer.

2. How can you describe a good day at work? A good day at work for me consists of productivity, a little bit of socialization and learning something new. I really like getting things done and a coworking space is super environment for that. The sight of other people also working boosters my own productivity, I call it the „library-effect”. A good chat at lunch time also shouldn’t be missing, but at the end of the day I want to have the feeling that I also learned something new that day.

3. How did you like our space? Loffice has this homey but productive vibe at the same time, and there are always new coworkers with different and interesting stories. The interior design is super cool not to mention the inspiring environment of the 7th district.
