WHAT WE OFFER:
- Flexible working hours of 10 to 15 hours per week with the possibility of flexitime.

- A collective minimum gross salary of EUR 661,44 per month (based on 15 weekly hours). Additional compensation is possible based on qualifications and professional experience.

WHAT YOU BRING
- You are not afraid of numbers and finances.
- Working with digital tools brings you joy, and you are eager to learn new software.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Min. 2 years of previous experience in direct customer interaction is advantageous, as you will be responsible for providing professional customer support.
- You are fluent in German at a native level (C2) and have good English language skills (C1).
- Proficiency in common office applications.
YOUR TASKS
Event Support: You will assist in preparing and organizing events, which includes setting up infrastructure, coordinating orders, and providing on-site guest support.
Office Management: You will handle administrative, financial and organizational tasks, ranging from filing and data management to preparing documents.
Customer Support: Serving as the point of contact for our customers, you will manage the inbox, handle phone calls, and prepare quotes and proposals.
